About Rare Earth Resources

The rare earth element is the general name of seventeen chemical elements in the periodic table, including the fifteen lanthanides: Lanthanum (La), Cerium (Ce), Praseodymium (Pr), Neodymium (Nd), Promethium (Pm), Samarium (Sm), Europium (Eu), Gadolinium (Gd), Terbium (Tb), Dysprosium (Dy), Holmium (Ho), Erbium (Er), Thulium (Tm), Ytterbium (Yb), Lutetium (Lu), as well as Scandium (Sc) and Yttrium (Y). According to their atomic weights, and physical and chemical properties, they are divided into light and heavy rare earth elements, the first 5 elements are light rare earths and the rest are heavy ones.

China has rich rare earth resources accounting for about 23% of the world's total reserves. 

The rare earth of China has the following features: resource occurrence distribution presents "north light and south heavy", Light RE ore is mainly distributed in Baotou, Inner Mongolia, and Liangshan, Sichuan Province while ionic medium and heavy RE are distributed in Ganzhou, Jiangxi Province and other southern areas.

The production line includes NdFeB magnets, ferrite, AlNiCo magnets, and SmCo magnets, which are used in electronic components, magnetic sheets, automotive spare parts, permanent motors, and sensors. The production process mainly includes alloy melting, hydrogen decrepitation, milling, molding, sintering, machining, plating, testing, magnetizing, and packaging. The entire process has undergone strict inspections, and customers can also conduct progress spot checks at the factory. We provide customers with a fully open environment

Q: What are your terms of payment?
A: Usually, we accept T/T with 30% in advance, and 70% against the copy of B/L.

For long-term business relations, we have more options for choice.

A: We are glad to send samples for your inspection. 

Standard samples can be free, and shipping costs are collected.

Q: How do you control the quality?
A: We have the QC team comply with the whole production line, please contact us for the details.

Q: What is the lead time?
A: 15 to 30 days is a normal time to trial or official order.

Q: How will you solve the quality problems after sales?
A: We will investigate the inner production line, together with the customer's problem, report to the top management, then figure out the final options.
