2. The mechanism of magnetic field heat treatment

Cool the AlNiCo magnet to 50∽1000 degrees above the Curie point (that is, about 900 degrees) and place it in a magnetic field, continue to cool at a certain speed, or keep it in a thermal magnetic treatment furnace for a period of time, relying on the action of the magnetic field to make The α1 phase formed by AM decomposition is arranged along the easy magnetization direction close to the external magnetic field, forming a magnetic texture to obtain high coercivity. The cooling rate in the magnetic field should not be too fast, so that the decomposition of α into α1 + α2 is fully completed; but the cooling rate should not be too slow to ensure the highly dispersed distribution of the α1 phase.
