Precautions for using magnets
1. During the use of the magnet, it is necessary to ensure the cleanliness of the workplace, so that the surface of the magnet cannot absorb small impurities such as iron filings, which will affect the normal use of the product.
2. NdFeB magnets are suitable for storage in a ventilated and dry room. Acids, alkalis, organic solvents, water and high temperature and humid environments can easily cause corrosion of the magnet, and the coating will fall off the magnet and demagnetize. For non-electroplating products, more attention should be paid to oil and rust prevention during storage. This is also the main reason why we recommend anti-corrosion on the surface of NdFeB magnets.
3. Magnets should be kept away from magnetic field sensitive objects such as disks, magnetic cards, magnetic tapes, computer monitors, watches, etc., and electronic medical devices such as pacemakers should be kept away from very dangerous.
4. Magnets are hard and brittle materials. During transportation and installation, make sure that the magnet is not subject to severe shocks. If the method is not correct, it is easy to cause damage and rupture of the magnet.
5. The magnet should be shielded under the magnetized condition, especially for air transportation.
6. When operating and assembling, be sure to take care of them one by one to avoid damage to the attracting bumps and prevent the debris flying out of the magnet from entering the eyes and causing harm to the human body.
7. Due to the strong magnetic properties of NdFeB, the hands or other parts of the body should not be caught by the magnets during operation, and more attention should be paid to the safety and protection of large-sized magnets.
8. Magnetic magnets (neodymium, boron, samarium cobalt) cannot be placed together with magnetic magnets (aluminum, nickel, CO, ferrite), especially in the opposite direction, otherwise weak magnets are easy to demagnetize.
9. Please do not put the magnet out of the reach of children, to prevent children from eating
